Over the past 15 years, the price of consumer products and services has skyrocketed. In 1993, a gallon of gas averaged $1.11, a postage stamp cost $0.29, and the average price for a new home was $147,700. My how things change! One thing that hasn’t changed since 1993 is the cost of your APA membership.
