Refer a "New" Team and have them register with your name, or register them yourself. If qualified the new Team Captain will receive 100 (40 - Summer, 30 - Fall, 30 - Spring) APA Reward Points... and the member who referred the team will receive 100 APA Reward Points (40 - Summer, 30 - Fall, 30 - Spring). THESE POINTS WILL BE IN ADDITION TO WHATEVER POINTS THE REFERRING MEMBER MAY ALREADY BE RECEIVING AS A TEAM CAPTAIN. The referring member's name and/or player number MUST be provided and they must be a current APA member who is not listed as Captain of this NEW TEAM. (200 Total Points)

If your current team wishes to split into two teams you are eligible for this promotion. Understand that each "NEW" team must maintain at least three (3) members from the original team. If qualified the Team Captains of both teams will each receive 100 (40 - Summer, 30 - Fall, 30 - Spring) APA Reward Points. Members of the current team may play for BOTH new teams, provided the teams play in either different formats or on different nights. (200 Total Points)

If you are an ACTIVE APA member and dropping off your current team next session to start a "NEW" Team this is the promo for you. Understand that in order to qualify for this promo, your "NEW" Team must meet the "NEW" qualifying criteria listed below, and you must be listed as the Team Captain. The Team Captain will receive 100 APA Rewards Points each (40 - Summer, 30 - Fall, 30 - Spring). (100 Total Points)

We recognize that the job of Team Captain is a tough one! The Captain is the glue that holds a team together. To show our thanks for their dediction we are offering up to 100 Rewards Points for every Team Captain each year. That's 30 points for the Spring and Fall Sessions and 40 points for the Summer Session. To be eligible all team dues must be paid up-to-date and the team must maintain a 3 or higher 5 Star Sportsmanship Rating.

Reward Points can be redeemed at any time, but merchandise is ordered 3 times per year, at the end of each session, to reduce shipping charges.  Please contact the League Office if you wish to pay shipping charges in order to receive your products sooner.  520-615-9883.
Merchandise will be delivered to players on a league night, therefore they must be current members to receive their products. Non-current members can receive previously ordered merchandise upon rejoining the league.

"New Team" Eligibility Criteria: To be considered a "New" Team, the team must consist of a combination of at least 5 New Members or old players who have not played in the Tucson APA Pool League for at least 12 months.  REPLACING MEMBERS OF A CURRENT (OR EXISTING) TEAM WITH FIVE "ELIGIBLE PLAYERS", OR REPLACING MEMBERS ON A CURRENT TEAM WITH FIVE "ELIGIBLE PLAYERS" AND THEN MOVING YOUR CURRENT TEAM TO A DIFFERENT NIGHT OF PLAY, A DIFFERENT FORMAT, OR TO A DIFFERENT TAVERN DOES NOT MEET THE "NEW TEAM" QUALIFYING CRITERIA. YOUR WEEK #5 ROSTER WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY. NO REWARD POINTS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS A TEAM MEETS THE "NEW" TEAM CRITERIA! REWARD POINTS WILL BE ISSUED TO QUALIFIED TEAM CAPTAINS,  AND REFERRING MEMBERS BY THE END OF THE SESSION.  Reward Points never expire and can be accrued for any items in the Tucson APA E-Store.  The Week 5 team roster will determine eligibility. The League Office is the sole arbiter of eligibility and reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time. Reward Points have no cash value, and are subject to change at any time.
